EUA-BCA Russian stakeholder dialog meeting, Moscow, Russia, 24 April 2019

The stakeholder dialog meeting introduced the EU Action on black carbon in the Arctic and the results of its first year of implementation to a range of Russian institutes and agencies engaged in relevant work.

The meeting was attended by 16 Russian participants and 8 representatives of the Action or observers from the EU Moscow delegation office or embassies.
