ICC's Utqiagvik Declaration .... supports European Union Action Program on Black Carbon

The Inuit Circumpolar Council's (ICC) Utqiagvik Declaration is an outcome of the ICC General Assembly held in Utqiagvik, Alaska in July 2018.

On page 9 of the Declaration, under Environment the following reference is made:

"Recognize the importance of short lived climate forcers such as black carbon and support work through programs such as the European Union Action Program on Black Carbon"
